Code Share: Multiple airlines servicing a route together by sharing seats on the same flight.

• Check-in service is available if the codeshare flight is operated by the following airlines:
  Korean Air, Asiana, T’way, Air Seoul, Jin Air, Eastar Jet
• Check-in is available for passengers using Jeju Air with tickets issued by Hahn Air.

1) If another person asks you to transport his/her luggage, be sure to decline such request as transporting another person’s luggage is a violation of the Aviation Security Act.

2) Please carry valuables (e.g. cameras, etc.) and fragile items (e.g. porcelain, etc.) with you into the cabin.

3) Passengers requiring assistance (e.g. unaccompanied minors, passengers in wheelchairs, and “Family Care Service” passengers, etc.) cannot check-in at the City Airport Terminal.

4) Passengers using chartered flights cannot check-in at the City Airport Terminal.

5) Ticketing services are not available at the City Airport Terminal.

6) Group check-ins take more time than regular check-ins. Please arrive 30 minutes before your desired check-in time or check-in deadline.

7) Special baggage items (e.g. pets, large baggage, sports equipment such as golf clubs, musical instruments, etc.) cannot be checked in at the City Airport Terminal.
